  • How are we adapting to Covid-19?
Ebbing Forward, LLC works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves. The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual. Our standard fulfillment estimate of 3-7 business days is currently closer to 10-20. We’re actively communicating with our fulfillment partner and following the latest news on Covid-19. This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your patience. Health is the number one priority right now, so stay safe
  • How is our manufacturer keeping employees safe?
Manufacturer Update: We have implemented company-wide work from home policies. Everybody who can has been working from home for the past few weeks. Here's what we're doing to keep fulfillment teams safe: We're staggering shifts and maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station We set up partitions at tables in our break rooms Distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves to all employees In Charlotte, we set up an on-site wellness clinic with health consultations available 24/7 over the phone We are committed to keeping our teams safe and we'll continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, and local governments and health agencies.
  • What are the fulfillment estimates?
As you know, the entire world is facing difficulties, so our fulfillment and delivery times will take longer than usual.
  • Delivery
When will I get my order? It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 5-8 business days International: 10-20 business days Where will my order ship from? We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. ● Ask your local post office if they have your package. ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@doctoralmom.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
  • Orders
How are your products made? We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper.
