Doctoral Kids

Our Doctoral Readiness Program was designed to educate elementary, high school, and undergraduate students about the doctoral process and career pathways. Students will gain access to our Learning Management System (LMS), meet weekly or monthly, and attend webinar.

Group Mentorship Benefits

The Doctoral Readiness Program pairs an instructor with a group of students in-person or virtually. The program can be executed on a weekly or monthly basis, depending upon the needs of the students and institution. Group mentorship offers the following benefits:

  • Increases mentee engagement and promotes communication

  • Fosters community and diversity of thought by allowing students to hear an array of perspectives and gain further insight into topics

  • Develops independence, leadership skills, and critical thinking from individual and group projects

Moreover, we leverage our network of 10,000 Doctoral Moms to share their experiences with our mentees. Our goal is to help students overcome the social, emotional, and economic hardships that many of us faced. Additionally, our vision is to help low-income, minority, and first-generation college students reach the greatest heights of their career and academia.
